Smoking gun?

Perhaps this is what finally convinced the European Union to ban Hezbullah's 'military wing.' A Bulgarian newspaper reported on Friday that Hezbullah transferred approximately $100,000 to the two terrorists (who were named by Bulgarian authorities last week) who carried out last summer's Burgas terror attack.
