Israeli cartoon: Assad says 'good night my sweet'

This cartoon appeared in the Hebrew daily Yedioth Aharonoth. In the pane on the left, Assad is telling a child "good night my sweet." I assume that you can all figure out the pane on the right (Hat Tip: Dan Williams).

And the Europeans want us to turn the Golan over to him, so that he can rain chemical weapons down onto us from the high ground....
